NO EMPIRE ENDURES FOREVER

“Verily, the earth belongs to Allah. He awards it (for governing it) to whomever of His servants He wishes.”[Aayat 128: Surah A’raaf]

“Perhaps Allah will soon destroy your enemies and make you the rulers in the earth. Then He will see how you act.” [ Aayat 129, SurahA’raf ]

Allah Ta’ala says in the Quran Shareef :

“For every nation there is an appointed time. Then when its appointed time (for the end) arrives, they will not be able to delay it by amoment nor bring it forward. ” [ Surah Aaraaf Aayat 34 ]

Empires have come and gone. No empire on this earth has ever endured forever. Every kingdom or power had its rise and fall. But, the slave of the nafs and the world fail to understand this truth, which is part of the Divine Scheme for this world. No ruling power ever contemplates or even thinks that it will one day fade away into oblivion. Inspite of this lesson being imparted by history, every nation in its heyday clings to the irrational belief that it will be able to hold on to power everlasting.

The most resent re-enactment of this historical truth wasthe seemingly sudden collapse of the U.S.S.R, which was in reality the Russian empire. Neither the Russians nor anyone in the world had the faintest idea that the disintegration and collapse of the Russian empire would be so swift and devastating. A similar fate is in store for America.

The U.S.A is believed to be the superpower of the world. It is thought to be indomitable, the most powerful and the wealthiest power on earth.But America is no empire. Politically it holds no territory besides the lands within its geographic frontiers (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa) are exceptions. Economically it is bankrupt. It subsists and survives on the wealth of the so-called third world countries, the oil wealth of the Arab lands and the raw materials of Africa and Asia and its phantom economy based on useless paper money. The world is under a colossal deception regarding the might and power of America. America never was an empire nor is it an empire today.America never fought a war nor does it have the capacity for fighting a war.

The Vietnam ‘war’ was not a war. It was a brutal and cowardly assault from the air. A massive and sustained aerial bombardment in which tens of thousands of tons of bombs were thrown in a desperate attempt to pulverize and vanquish the adversary. But America miserably failed and had toretreat in humiliation because it could not fight a land war.

The so-called Gulf war is a repetition of the same saga.There was no fight on the land. It was all a one –sided brutal and cowardly murder enacted with the full co-operation of Saddam who is America’s agent inthe region.

After the Mujahideen eliminated a handful of American marines, the U.S.A. quickly withdrew from Lebanon. In disgrace, America had to retreat from Samaliland. A handful of tribesmen humbled the might of the so-called superpower. There is nothing super in this ‘superpower’. It is capable of only aerial bombing and destroying populated areas and civilians from the air. American solders cannot fight a land war. The same for the Russian murderers.

A little reflection will convince any skeptic that America is not a empire. It rests on a falls base, which will suddenly collapse. Its foundations are hollow and a variety of factors in its home territory are gnawing at the hollow base. Its collapse will be more spectacular than the collapse of the Soviet Union.

From the viewpoint of cause and effect, which governs this material universe, America’s continuing term or extended term of dominance is made possible by Muslim transgression. Since the followers of Islam have abandoned the Sunnah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu-'Alayhi-Wa-Sallam) and have aped the American way of life, Allah Ta’ala has placed the U.S.A. in the position of the master and the Muslims as slaves of this kaafir master. This is a punishment for the Muslim disobedience. The Hadith is emphatic and categorical in this assertion. But as Qur’aan repeatedly declares, : “Every nation has its appointed time.” The quicker Muslims turn faithfully and obediently to the Sunnah, the quicker will be the demise of all kuffar powers,

The Qur’aan Majeed says: “There is no aid but from Allah,The Mighty, The Wise.”

Only Allah Ta’ala grants political power and only He snatches away this power. Like all things in this universe are subjected to laws, so to is political power and sovereignty on earth. In so far as kuffar are concerned, fair play and justice will ensure for them political dominance on earth, hence the Sages of Islam say:

“An empire can endure with kuffar, but not with Zulm (oppression and injustice).”

When a nation becomes oppressive and brutal like the Israelis of today, it heralds the beginning of its demise. However, in relation to the Ummah of Islam, the worldly cause for their domination and power is ONLY complete obedience to the Shariah and Sunnah while the cause of their degeneration and enslavement to the kuffar is abandonment of the Shariah and Sunnah. If Muslims can only understand this truth and Qur’anic command, they will once again regain their elevated position on the hilltops of the world.

Inspite of its tremendous firing power and massive military,inspite of its superpower status and image, America is unable to apprehend a single old man (Usamah Bin- Ladin). It had to fire dozens of intercontinental missiles in a bid to eliminate one Mujahid who has become the cause of a numerous nightmares in American circles. All its missiles could not achieve the aim.

Afghanistan is an impoverished land with absolutely no governmental infrastructure in the conception of the West; Afghanistan has no military, no air force and no wealth whatsoever. It is a landlocked, barren,wasteland inhabited by tribesmen. But, this noble Land with its Valiant Islamic Fighters, cannot be humbled by the superpowers of the world. This fact should be ample evidence for the impotency of the so-called American empire and its military might, which awes and enamors people immersed in crass materialism. But, the Army of Islam fights on Imaan adorned with baatini Noor dependent on obedience to Allah Ta’ala .

TEN THINGS ALLAH WON’T ASK

1… Allah (SWT) won’t ask what kind of car you drove;
He’ll ask how many people you drove who didn’t have transportation.

2… Allah (SWT) won’t ask the square footage of your house;
He’ll ask how many people you welcomed into your home.

3… Allah (SWT) won’t ask about the clothes you had in your closet;
He’ll ask how many you helped to clothe.

4… Allah (SWT) won’t ask what your highest salary was;
He’ll ask if you compromised your character to obtain it.

5… Allah (SWT) won’t ask what your job title was;
He’ll ask if you performed your job to the best of your ability.

6… Allah (SWT) won’t ask how many friends you had;
He’ll ask how many people to whom you were a friend.

7… Allah (SWT) won’t ask in what neighbourhood you lived,
He’ll ask how you treated your neighbours.

8… Allah (SWT) won’t ask about the colour of your skin;
He’ll ask about the content of your character.

9… Allah (SWT) won’t ask why it took you so long to seek Salvation;
He’ll lovingly take you to your mansion in heaven, and not to the gates of Hell.

10… Allah (SWT) won’t ask how many people you forwarded this to;
He’ll ask if you were ashamed to pass it on to your friends.”

EVERY SOUL WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR EVEN HIS TINIEST DEED....so be careful...

ALLAH - THE ONLY CREATOR OF ENTIRE UNIVERSE

Allah is not the God of Muslims only. He is the God of all people and all creation. Just because people refer to God using different terms does not mean that they are different gods. Spanish people refer to God as "Dios" and French people refer to God as "Dieu", yet they are all the same God. Interestingly, most Arab Jews and Arab Christians refer to God as "Allah". And the word Allah in Arabic appears on the walls of many Arab churches.

COPING WITH THE FEAR THAT OUR WORSHIP WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

Dissatisfaction with our sincerity in worship and with our efforts for our faith is usually a good thing. It inspires us to greater efforts, deeper conviction, and a firmer resolve to please our Lord. It prevents us from being prideful and haughty and keeps us from looking down at others when we see their faults and shortcomings.

Sometimes, though, these feelings exceed their proper bounds and can turn destructive, especially if we start feeling that the worship that we are engaged in is not good enough to count; that Allah is not going to accept anything that we do. This can easily lead us down the dark road of despair, where we start to feel that we will never be forgiven and that we cannot hope to attain salvation.

Such feelings deprive us of the peace of mind, the tranquility, and the pleasure that we are supposed to find in worshipping our Lord. This can ultimately lead us to neglect our religious duties.

There are many reasons why we might suffer from these feelings. Sometimes, our distress is the result of our hearing well-intended but misguided exhortations from those who wish to encourage us to greater devotion in our worship. So often we are told how impossible it is to attain true sincerity and how difficult it is for us to work acts of righteousness that Allah will find acceptable.

We need to realize – and hold in our hearts with the greatest conviction – that Allah is merciful and that His mercy is vast. Indeed, He has promised his servants that He will reward them with the best of rewards.

Allah says: “So whoever does an atom’s weight of good shall see it.” [Sûrah al-Zalzalah: 7]

He says: “Whoever works any act of righteousness and has faith; his endeavor will not be rejected. We shall record it in his favor.” [Sûrah al-Anbiyâ’: 92]

Allah is most generous. Whenever He promises something, He fulfills His promise, but whenever He threatens something, He is quick to pardon.

We must consider how Allah so often in the Qur’ân speaks of His mercy. Indeed, when we read the Qur’ân, we need to contemplate on words like the following:

“But your Lord is most forgiving, full of mercy”[Sûrah al-Kahf: 58]

“My mercy encompasses all things” [Sûrah al-A?râf: 156]

“Say: Your Lord is a Lord of all-embracing mercy”[Sûrah ah-An?âm: 147]

This is very important, because sometimes pessimism about our worship arises as a result of some evil deed that we have committed. Satan takes this opportunity to whisper into our hearts that we do not deserve Allah’s mercy, causing us to despair. We must seek refuge with Allah from this deception and not succumb to it. Instead, we need to sincerely turn to Allah and beseech His forgiveness, confidence in the knowledge that Allah forgives all sins.

Allah says: “Say: O my servants who have transgressed against their souls! Despair not of Allah’s Mercy. Truly, Allah forgives all sins. Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.” [Sûrah al-Zumar: 53]

There is no sin that He will not forgive except that of a person who dies on unrepentant polytheism.

Allah says: “Allah does not forgive that anyone should set up partners with Him, but he forgives anything less than that to whom He pleases.” [Sûrah al-Nisâ’: 48]

Allah loves those who turn to Him in repentance, and when His servant repents to Him, it pleases Him immensely. He says: “Allah loves those who turn much in repentance, and He loves those who purify themselves.” [Sûrah al-Baqarah: 222]

This should encourage us to ask for Allah’s grace, knowing that He loves us to do so.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “Allah is more pleased with the repentance of His servant when he repents than one of you would be if he were to lose his mount while traveling in barren land while it was carrying his food and drink. Then, if he were to despair of finding it and went over to a tree and laid down in its shade and while sitting there in hopelessness of ever seeing it again, he sees it standing before him.” [Sahîh Muslim]

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “I swear by Him in whose hand is my soul. If it were not that you sinned, Allah would remove you and bring forth a people who would sin and then seek Allah’s forgiveness so He could forgive them.” [Sahîh Muslim]

We should turn to the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet (peace be upon him) and read therein about Allah’s forgiveness. We should remember how Allah forgave a prostitute – a woman who lived by selling her sexual favors – only on account of a small mercy that she showed to a dog. How then shall it be for someone who strives to do right?

We must hasten to good deeds with the optimism that our sincere deeds will be well received.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) relates to us that Allah says: “Whoever comes with a good deed will be given ten times its worth or more so, and whoever comes with an evil deed will be recompensed its worth or I will forgive it. Whoever draws near to me a handspan, I will come to him the extent of a forearm. Whoever draws near to me the length of a forearm, I will come to him the length of two outstretched arms. Whoever comes to me walking, I will come to him at speed. And whoever comes to me with the Earth’s weight in sin without associating anything with me, I will come to him with forgiveness of equal measure.” [Sahîh Muslim]

We must not despair. “And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, save those who are astray?” [Sûrah al-Hijr: 56]

Now here is something that we need to fear – for who among us wishes to be among those who are astray!

THANK YOU O! ALLAH

Even though I clutch my blanket and growl when the alarm rings,

Thank you, Allah, that I can hear. There are many who are deaf.

Even though I keep my eyes closed against the morning light as long as possible,

Thank you, Allah, that I can see. Many are blind.

Even though I huddle in my bed and put off rising,

Thank you O Allah,that I have the strength to rise. There are many who are bedridden.

Even though the first hour of my day is hectic, when socks are lost,toast is burned and tempers are short, my children are so loud;

Thank you,Allah, for my family. There are many who are lonely.

Even though our breakfast table never looks like the pictures in magazines and the menu is at times balanced,

Thank you, Allah, for the food we have. There are many who are hungry.

Even though the routine of my job is often monotonous,

Thank you,Allah, for the opportunity to work. There are many who have no job.

Even though I grumble and bemoan my fate from day to day and wish my circumstances were not so modest,

Thank you, Allah, for life.

If we can pass this on to most people we know, it just might help a bit to make this world a better place to live in.

WHO MADE THE CAMEL ?

The camel is an animal that has been in the service of mankind, from times immemorial. The people of the desert affectionately call this animal as "the ship of the desert." Its importance is best understood by those who dwell in the barren wastes of a desert land.

The camel has certain peculiarities which in a way, show that it has been made so thoughtfully so as to adapt itself to the harsh climate and the needs of those who live in the desert. There is a lot that needs to be told about one of the most wonderful creations that has ever been domesticated by man for his use.

The most specific feature of the camel is its body structure, which is not affected even in the most severe circumstances. It can survive without water and food for many days and can travel in the harsh desert climate carrying hundreds of kilograms of luggage on its back.

The feet of the camel are made in such a way that it can travel in all types of land with equal ease as it does in the desert; its feet are made up of two toes connected to each other with a flexible cushion. This structure enables it to firmly grasp the sandy land. Its nails protect the feet against any damage that may occur as a result of accidents. Its knees are covered with a hard structure called as the "callus", which is made up of skin as hard and as thick as a horn.

When the animal lies down on the hot sands, this calloused structure protects the animal from being burnt by the extremely hot sand of the desert. The hump of the camel acts as a food stock, formed by lots of fats, and provides nutrition to the animal periodically, when the food is in short supply. A thirsty camel consumes 130 liters of water, in just ten minutes. With this inbuilt system, this animal can survive without water for three weeks, during which time it may lose as much as 33% of its body weight. A camel delays the perspiration of its body by means of increasing its body temperature up to 41 degrees C, and thus prevents water loss. Under the same severe circumstances, a human being would lose 8% of his weight, but die within thirty-six hours because he would completely lose all the water in his body.

The camel's fur consists of thick and felted hair that not only protects the body of the animal against extreme climatic conditions, but also reduces the water loss.

With its thick fur, the camels in Asia can survive high temperatures reaching up to +50 degrees C in summer and falling down to -50 degrees C in winter.

The eyelashes of the camel are designed like two separate combs that clamp together. Not even a single grain of sand is let into the eye in case of dangers like the desert storms. Its nose and ears are covered with long hair for protection from sand and dust. Its long neck enables the animal to reach and feed on the leaves, which are three meters high above the ground.

In addition to the above features, the camel also has other specialized structures and systems in its body which makes the animal withstand the harsh conditions of the desert.

The camels have very strong, rubber-like lips that make it easier for them to eat thorns sharp enough to pierce leather. Furthermore, its strong digestive system digests everything it comes across like plastic plates or copper wires. The four-chambered stomach of this wonderful animal creates minimum fuss. Contrast this with our fussy food habits and preferences. And also, do we endure as many hardships for as many days as the camel does?

Is it possible for the camel to have adapted its body to the desert conditions on its own? Is it possible for the camel to have any role in shaping up the other peculiarities that are an in-built protection against whirlwinds and desert storms? Is it possible for it to create its own blood and cell structure based on the principle of prevention of loss of water? Is it possible for it to choose for itself the type of hair covering its body to protect itself from both the heat and cold of the desert? Is it possible for it to convert all by itself into a 'desert ship'? Is the creation of a camel an accident of nature or the product of a well laid-out plan?

"Blessed be He in Whose Hands is the Dominion; and He over all things hath Power-- He Who created Death and LIfe, that He may try which of you is best in deed; and He is the Exalted In Might, Oft-Forgiving-- He Who created the seven heavens one above another: no want of proportion wilt thou see in the Creation of (Allah) Most Gracious. So turn thy vision again: Seest thou any flaw?" (Qur'an 67:1-4)
